From the expansive outdoor living complete with refrigerator and sink to the unique and timeless barn wood cabinetry the home took on a whole different life.  The home was originally nicknamed the Heart Attack house, one day the client commented that we gave the house a BYPASS hence the name.

Brasada Ranch Redesign

We are excited to be completed with the Design, Demolition and Framing on the inside of the home.  Our drywall contractors started rehanging sheet rock bringing the changes from idea to reality.  Some more exciting news on the project Brasada Ranches Design review board approved of all the exterior changes today.  The home is going to look completely different on the exterior as well.  We have just begun the transformation.  Wait to see what we do to the outside!

We opened up the entry by removing the unsightly stone columns and beams hanging in mid air and installed massive 12X12 post to invite you in and really ground the entry.
We re supported the main beams of the home to get rid of the multiple post and again added 12x12 post to bring the old world feel around to the kitchen.  We are waiting on the concrete to cure to pull the two post in the center and really open up the room.
This is the new kitchen wall and entrance to both the office and the new butlers panty.
Here are the guys carefully bending the sheet rock into the new barrel ceiling.  This exciting feature will really set off the entrance to the powder room and the kitchen from the entry.

Keep coming back to check out the next phase of the project.

Brasada Ranch Redesign

We are proud to announce a new and exciting project.

The redesign of a home in the esteemed development of Brasada Ranch.

We are extremely excited to realize the dreams of our clients on this exciting transformation of this house into a truly custom home.

Tumalo Estate

We are excited to be wrapping up a current project that was a customized renovation of a 33+/- acre property in Tumalo, Oregon. The property sits in one of the most desirable ares of Central Oregon, and takes advantage of Tumalo's amazing mountain views. We modernized two barns, a log cabin, and tore down several out buildings. Damaged trim, doors, walls and fgappliances through out the 10,000 sq ft exquisite home was refurbished. We also managed all hay fields, maintenance and brought rejuvenation back to the property. All design work, carpentry and maintenance was implemented and crafted by Sunrise Constructions team of Project managers and craftsman.

Here are some of the Before and After photos of this amazing transformation.

 Main Barn

The main barn got a complete face lift replacing the white metal post with rich timber post and curved knee braces.  The roof and building were all painted with a special three part process to insure durability and match the rest of the properties buildings.  We also added a water feature to welcome guests to the barn.

Before

After

Owners Barn

We turned this three stall barn into a special place.  The entire enterior got tongue and grove ceilings and distressed boarded walls. An all new tack room, bathroom and wash area with temperature controlled water.  On the exterior we added timber wherever we could to bring it up to its showpiece potential.  New siding and timber trusses really brought the barn and the home in sync.  The upstair living quarters was completely freshened up and the entire building was painted to match the estates color scheme.

The Cabin

We excavated lifted and moved the log cabin away from the front of the home to a much more usable and attractive location making it very private and usable.

The Home

Our painting contractor used there unmatched skill and experience to refurbish much of the interior trim, doors and cabinetry to bring it back to a new life.  We also removed and installed a completely new backsplash in the entire kitchen area.

The exterior of the home started as a blank slate for us and together with the owner and we achieved a phenominal landscape plan.  This plan was not only for around the home but also the entry gate and pond, main barn, and the owners barn.  The plan included a mini pillar water feature at the barn a large three tier feature at the homes entry and a phenominal 100+ ft stream to the pond feed from a bubbling spring and roaring falls outside of the living room.  The stream falls 6+ feet at the edge of the patio area and continues down under the arched timber bridge to another set of falls and ending up feeding into the vast pond.  We replaced all the decking on the docks with massive timber and cut out a spot for a beautiful white sand beach.  The sounds and sight of falls take your breath away and put you in your own paradise while entertaining guest in the outdoor living area.

Thank You for visiting and we look forward to Building YOUR dreams into a reality.
Look for upcoming project updates.

Started the siding on the Horse Barn

We started the metal wains-coat on the Horse barn today.  This will really help with the longevity of the building as the metal will catch all the rain splash and snow buildup.  It looks great as well.

Concrete is finished !

The concrete is finished in the Horse area and it looks wonderfull.  The color is really pretty and really sets a classy clean feeling in the stall areas.

The drains recessed into the aisle way curb is going to allow for extremly easy clean up, making maintaining the horse areas as simpe as a 5 minute hose down.  No having to try and "push" all the water and debris all the way to one end.

After the concrete set up we continued framing the tack room, vet supply room, bathrooms and feed storage room.  The hvac and plumbers finished up there work and the electricians are hard at work running there wiring.

The workshop, pull through garage and up stairs storage areas are all getting there second coat of drywall mud and getting closer to texture.  Exterior building wrap is being installed getting the outside ready for custom milled board on board siding.

The building is looking phenominal, more exciting progress to happen this upcoming week as the siding will be starting to go on the building.
